Companies are carefully inspected prior to making a decision of offering Staffing Service. Our employees are carefully evaluated in safety issues and offered safety orientations with the intention of minimizing or preventing injuries while at work. Safety equipment is available and offered to our employees.

    We are not able to control work environments but do focus in making our employees aware of safety regulations. We strongly believe that employees who are trained and oriented on Safety Issues are more likely to advise other employees as well as to follow safety instructions during their employment.

    Frequent site visits, on-site management, involvement of our office Staff, and through on-going partnerships with both clients and employees assist in our efforts of keeping a healthy, free of injuries work environment.

Proper Interview technique is followed by our representatives in hiring. Upon hire, a file with complete Tax forms and Work Authorization documentation is maintained for all active and past employees. Our commitment to meeting your expectations starts during the interviewing process, followed by the verification of employment and proper procedure on I-9 verifications, and E-verify. All employees meet the required criteria and are with no doubt eligible for employment.
